We offer a wide array of I/O solutions. We can provide anything from a simple palm switch box to a fully integrated input and display panel.  We will manufacture control panels to suit your needs.  There is no need to purchase your control panels and displays separately.
RS-232 or RS-485 to 120VAC Output Modules.
We are proud to offer an AC Output Module Panel which is capable of running light stacks, Andon display panels, or most devices which operate on 120VAC.  This Module is capable of communicating with Plant Computers, PLC's, or other Control Systems with Serial outputs. Tired of running dozens of wires to your light boards or indicator panels?  Our Annunciator Serial Output Board eliminates the need!  Now lights can be operated by RS-232 and RS-485 without the need for expensive remote PLC's and Output modules. The base unit has 32 outputs.  This Module can be upgraded 8 outputs at a time to 64 outputs.  Additional base units can be configured to slave off of the primary unit so that your application is able to operate from one serial address. American LED-gible Pull Cord Station
Voltage--24VDC / 120VAC operation standard. # of Lights--One to five lights. # of Switches--Up to three pull cord switches standard. Enclosure--Constructed from 16 ga. cold rolled steel.  This display is suitable for normal industrial environments. Mounting--Holes in rear of enclosure suitable for mounting to strut or columns. Warranty--Standard ALI one year limited warranty. This unit, when combined with our Annunciator displays and Music Systems, allows for quick and easy communication of line faults and machine status to the production staff. When assembly personnel tug on one of the ropes a PLC activates the appropriate light on the station as well as indicates a display or sound message on the other devices that the customer has throughout the plant. With the introduction of the Pull Cord Station, American LED-gible now provides the entire visual, audio and user input package to help improve plant safety and efficiency.
