Purchasing Components
Our customers often wish to incorporate our displays into a control
cabinet or other various devices. We offer three options for these
applications:
- Mount a standard display to the surface of your unit (not
preferable for most customers)
- Have us custom assemble your entire control cabined (sometimes
preferable)
- Have us provide our ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, mounting rails
(not necessary on all lines), and the acrylic lens. (THIS
OPTION IS MOST OFTEN PREFERABLE)

EXAMPLE

The above unit is a 4" 6-Digit Industrial LED Display. We
would be happy provide the Mounting Rails, Acrylic Face, and the
Trimline Series Electronic LED Display Board for you without requiring
you to purchase the actual gray enclosure that you see above.
You would cut a hole in your cabinet for the display window, mount
studs or screws to attach our unit from the inside, and then mount our
product in YOUR ENCLOSURE. If you comply with our
standard cutout and mounting, there is no additional cost over what our
standard replacement parts cost.
Unlike most manufacturers, our parts costs, and unit assembly labor
add up to our sales price. We do NOT inflate our component
pricing.
